ISLAMABAD: The National Electric Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) has issued a notification for reduction in electricity price by Rs 2.60 per unit.
The new tariff would be legalised to all the consumer categories except lifeline consumers, domestic consumers consuming upto 300 units and agriculture consumers.
NEPRA further clarified that negative adjustment on account of monthly funeral consumers alliance (FCA) is also applicable to the domestic consumers having time of use (ToU) metres irrespective of their consumption level.
