KARACHI: A boy was found dead in mysterious circumstances in an underground water tank of a park in Korangi area of the metropolis on Thursday, rescue sources informed.
After local people complained of stench emanating from the water tank, a police team came to the spot and found the body of an eight-year-old unidentified boy inside the tank.
“The investigators had collected samples for chemical examination to determine the exact cause of the death,” stated the police in charge. The body was shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre for medico-legal formalities.
