ISLAMABAD: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has said that every overseas Pakistani is the ambassador of the country and should defend Pakistan while staying abroad.
He was talking to a delegation of PPP Overseas Pakistanis led by Syed Zahid Abbas and Ali Asghar Shahid that called on him at the Zardari House, Islamabad on Monday.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said that PPP workers could better explain to the world, the services of the party and its leadership, in the way of eradication of terrorism from the country.
The PPP chairman said that it was a matter of concern that thousands of Pakistani workers have been sent back to Pakistan by different countries due to the wrong policies of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz government. He said that PPP pioneer Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto enabled every Pakistani to hold a passport thus providing financial empowerment to the common man.
